As Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be the Account Manager and escalation point of contact for a book of Professional and Sophisticated Clients (Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Pension Funds and other Institutions), with the objective of ensuring provision of excellent service level, expanding the relationships through cross-selling and new business opportunities, and meeting profitability goals while preserving Pictet Group absolute integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with top of house / C-level contacts.
- Elevate discussion level with clients to strategic matters, in maintaining strong financial, industry and market knowledge.
- Build-up and maintain comprehensive understanding of clients’ specifics (people, business objectives, challenges, current and future needs, decision-making process, etc.).
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention via best-in-class client service and relationship management.
- Partner with dedicated CROs to support collaboration and coordination with all stakeholders and ensure superior client experience.
- Deal with business-critical matters.
- Operate as escalation point of contact and ensure timely resolution for clients.
- Act as subject matter expert for all business lines regarding assigned clients.
- Take accountability and ownership cross products and regions as Lead CRM where applicable.
- Build commercial strategies for each assigned client to promote Pictet Group full range of products.
- Generate sales among client accounts, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Forecast and track client account financial metrics.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Leverage on client network to identify new target prospects (referral).
- Collaborate with Sales team to reach prospective clients.
- Identify and manage risks with potential reputational and financial impact.
- Negotiate the contractual aspects of the deals and serve as the interface with Compliance and Legal to ensure integrity.
- Keep records of all client information and interactions.
- Adopt systematic feedback mechanism and report any anomaly or incident.
