Senior Client Reporting Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Client Reporting Analyst to join our Investment Performance & Client Reporting team on a full-time 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a “can do” attitude who will thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our clients and investment teams, addressing various queries daily and delivering high-quality reports. While we don’t expect you to know everything from the start, building strong internal relationships will be essential to gather the relevant information needed for success.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop knowledge across various investment capabilities, including Real Estate, Infrastructure, Fixed Income, Private Equity, Private Debt, Multi Asset Funds and Natural Capital.

• Produce and deliver accurate, high-quality client reports.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance on deliverables.
• Support internal and external client queries.
• Enhance client experience through proactive steps and meaningful responses.
• Operationalise new and amended client obligations.
• Manage team priorities and support uninterrupted service delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, continuously improving processes.Mentor Analysts, fostering a collaborative team culture.
