Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- A number of years of relevant financial lines broking experience including an understanding of financial lines products
- Progress towards the Chartered Insurance Institute examinations (ACII), with a minimum achievement of CIP
- A proven track record in delivering results, product innovation, negotiating renewal deals, securing new clients, and jeopardy account management
- An understanding of financial lines products
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurers and colleagues
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with an ability to work on own initiative and prioritise deadlines and workloads
- Strong client focus and a keen eye for detail
Responsibilities:
- To deliver excellence in client relationships, retention and growth of existing accounts
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Liability and other financial lines accounts within a broking environment
- Management of clients’ renewals, queries and mid-term adjustments from start to finish
- Providing technical advice and assistance as required to colleagues across a range of financial lines products
- Develop and support more junior members of the team through coaching and mentoring and acting as a role model for Aon United behaviours
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and business procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
- New business growth and developmen
