YOUR ROLE
The Senior Client Service Officer plays a crucial role in not only providing advice and developing strategic partnership to support clients with complex support and housing needs to essential services. You will mentor and guide client service officers to enhance their ability to deliver exceptional service, driving to achieve sustainable housing outcomes to clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address complex tenancy issues, neighbourhood dispute and breaches.
- Proactively seek opportunities to uplift team capability.
- Manage client accounts, applications, and rental subsidies to ensure timely processing and compliance in line with policies.
- Oversee key processes such as client transfers, arrears and optimising workflow to deliver quality business performance.
