Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead client innovation initiatives, deliver strategy, technology, and process solutions that drive progressive results.
  • Foster client relationships, ensuring project success, and growing the Cognizant footprint in key accounts.
  • Lead and manage large client programs, partnering with Senior Consultants.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Ensure projects meet goals for schedule, scope, resources, and budget.
  • Build strong client relationships, handling expectations and delivering solutions.
  • Lead all aspects of deliverables, including workshop materials, Statements of Work, and change requests.
  • Act as Scrum Master and mentor Senior Consultants, guiding successful outcomes. - Innovate and develop tools and templates to improve delivery excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 10+ years in management consulting; Big 4 experience is an added bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4 to 6 years with ServiceNow projects preferred with cloud-based technology management solutions like Jira, Workday, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Proven background in implementing Service Delivery solutions, can offer customers real-world examples and provide standard methodology solution options.
  • Ability to build and present executive level presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
  • Knowledge of Agile Development framework and effective SCRUM techniques.
  • Certifications preferred: ITIL v4, PMP/CAPM, Agile SCRUM Master, ServiceNow Admin.
  • Frequent travel and flexible schedules for client-facing professionals.
