Description:
The main aim of the post is to provide post-CCT training for neurologists / psychiatrists in Functional Neurological Disorders (FND) to develop independent practice in this field. The Clinical Fellow will work within the multi-disciplinary FND team to provide care for people with FND. They will have exposure to all elements of an optimal care pathway for FND and gain competency to offer specialist assessments and treatment planning for people with FND. There will be opportunities to attend related clinics, for example in movement disorders, epilepsy, sleep, and cognitive disorders.
The Clinical Fellow will be supervised primarily by Dr Mallam (consultant neurologist) and also by members of the neuropsychiatry team. Please see attached Job Description
