Senior Clinical Marketing Specialist EMEA (m/f/d)
Location: Aachen, Germany
As a Senior Clinical Marketing Specialist at Abiomed within J&J Medtech, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions within EMEA. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical environments and clinical data. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex clinical information into compelling marketing materials and strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality, scientifically accurate marketing materials, including brochures, clinical dossiers, white papers, and other content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including medical office/medical affairs, professional education, training, product management and sales) to develop and execute targeted marketing messaging and ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with product capabilities and clinical data
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
- Regularly co-travel to field locations to empower and support field teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.
- Participate in all field calls, providing insights and updates on marketing initiatives and field activities.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree highly preferred.
- 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role.
- Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
- Embody Abiomed’s Patients First culture, demonstrating a positive attitude, open communication, and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
- A passion for helping others and a desire to help improve outcomes for heart attack patients.
