Description:
The post holder will work with the clinical pharmacy team under the guidance and supervision of the clinical pharmacy technicians and clinical pharmacists in providing a Clinical Pharmacy Service in a ward environment. You will assist in the day to day operations of a ward pharmacy team ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided. This includes facilitation and re-use of the use of Patients Own drugs, one-stop dispensing, discharge planning and pod checking and dispensing eDNs at ward level. The role will involve being a practice supervisor in supporting trainee’s at ward level
