KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Cloud Architecture & Collaboration: Support teams on cloud best practices, working with developers and SREs to plan, design, and operationalize cloud workloads.
- Infrastructure Support & Cloud Migration: Experience in infrastructure support and cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth execution and security.
- DevOps & Automation: Proficiency in DevOps, using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines for automation, infrastructure-as-code, and workflow optimization.
- Agile Practices: Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), proposing standards, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, VMware, Python, Windows/Linux, databases, and cloud networking/security.
- Resilience & Cost Optimization: Implement highly available systems, optimize resources, and analyze cloud spending.
- Communication & Mentorship: Strong communication, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills, with a continuous learning mindset.

- Thought Leadership: Lead in cloud engineering areas, focusing on Compute and Data, offering innovative solutions and best practices.
- Mentorship & Architecture Support: Mentor architects on new cloud solutions by analyzing requirements, supporting design, development, testing, and ensuring readiness for ongoing support.
- Cloud Migration: Lead cloud migration projects by analyzing requirements, identifying migration techniques, developing artifacts, and ensuring smooth execution and ongoing support.
- Infrastructure Automation: Design, build, and enhance cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging automation strategies like IaC, policy-as-code, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
