About the role
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Data Architect with a passion for Data and Automation to join our team. In this role, you will take a leading position in designing, implementing, and orchestrating advanced data and analytics solutions for the healthcare, welfare, and life science sectors in Sweden. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with our customers to understand and analyze their requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations and deliver significant value and benefits to patients.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating and sharing your knowledge with customers.
- Engaging with our technology partners and utilizing their globally leading cloud and data products.
- Working alongside fellow architects, DevOps teams, product management, and local sales to drive success.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven skills in modern software engineering and software product development, particularly in distributed organizations.
- Extensive experience in technical roles within highly complex cloud and data environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and deliver results.
- Hands-on experience with best practices in implementing data-driven solutions using Azure and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of major big data solutions including Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Kafka, and Delta Lake.
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes and data warehouse concepts
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and privacy regulations within Sweden and the EU.
- Passion for innovation, designing new products, and helping customers find optimal solutions to their needs.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Language Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Swedish is mandatory.
