The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:

• Extensive experience in a similar capacity delivering projects and supporting Azure and AWS
• Hands on experience provisioning and supporting cloud load balancers, app gateways, security groups, storage accounts, cloud databases and VNET/VPC configuration.
• Strong skillset in using CLI (Powershell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, *nix)
• Scripting experience (Python or similar)
• Strong background in traditional Microsoft environment (AD, AAD and Group Policy)
• Excellent reporting skills

This an exciting opportunity to join the Group IT Team as the Senior Cloud Engineer (Infrastructure). The team are seeking an experienced and talented Cloud Specialist to come on board to maintain and transform their current Cloud platform to ensure it is run as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Build, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS;
• Identify opportunities where automation can be used to enable efficiency and drive down costs;
• Look at existing processes and implement Continuous Improvement opportunities where possible;
• Technically lead transformational Cloud initiatives;
• Support team members in all Cloud and on-premise based activities as and when required.
