As a (Senior) Cloud Quality Engineer, you play a vital role in the Product Enablement team within SAP Sovereign Cloud.
Your contributions to Sovereign Cloud will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our cloud operations. You will be responsible not only for automating and maintaining our QA processes but also for supporting regional Sovereign Cloud teams. This will involve demonstrating testing techniques, assisting in troubleshooting, and providing guidance on updates and best practices, ensuring quality is at the forefront of every deployment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans for SAP Ariba.
• Design, document, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data requirements.
• Execute manual and automated test cases – including regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Identify and implement CI/CD test automation to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
• Provide clear test status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure the availability and stability of test environments and manage test data for accuracy.
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure the application meets performance requirements.
• Mentor junior QA engineers.
• Stay updated on the latest cloud technology trends, especially in the area of QA and SAP Ariba, and incorporate these advancements into our operational framework, prioritizing quality in every implementation.
