As a (Senior) Cloud Quality Engineer, you play a vital role in the Product Enablement team within SAP Sovereign Cloud.
Your contributions to Sovereign Cloud will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our cloud operations. You will be responsible not only for automating and maintaining our QA processes but also for supporting regional Sovereign Cloud teams. This will involve demonstrating testing techniques, assisting in troubleshooting, and providing guidance on updates and best practices, ensuring quality is at the forefront of every deployment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Build out and manage testing environments for HANA Cloud and BTP in the SAP Sovereign Cloud portfolio with a focus on quality assurance.
• Guide testing processes in SAP Sovereign Cloud, ensuring resilient and high-quality cloud solutions.
• Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines with embedded quality checks to optimize the testing and integration process.
• Offer high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Sovereign Cloud regional teams, including demonstrations and upskilling on quality assurance practices for cloud services.
• Advise on updates, enhancements, and best practices in QA and cloud operations, with an unwavering commitment to quality assurance.
• Stay updated on the latest cloud technology trends, especially in the area of QA, and incorporate these advancements into our operational framework, prioritizing quality in every implementation.
