About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Collection Support Team. This position will be based in Coyol, Costa Rica, and will operate on a hybrid mode. The Senior Analyst will report to the Supervisor of the Collection Support Team and will be responsible for all supporting activities for the Credit and Collection team based in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Perform customer account reconciliation.
- Send copies of missing invoices.
- Issue reminder letters to customers.
- Manage order releases in SAP.
- Reconcile customer credit cards.
- Handle other non-customer facing activities as required.
