Description:

Being a Senior Commercial Banking Transformation Advisor, you join a dynamic team whose mission is to accelerate the transformation of Commercial Banking by working with colleagues in various partner sectors. Your main mandate is to manage and deliver large-scale projects in a dynamic and agile delivery environment that will have a direct and positive impact on the client and employee experience in the Commercial Banking sector.

Your job

  • Manage complex projects: take responsibility for defining objectives, establishing the roadmap, setting up project governance, and ensuring the progress of deliverables
  • Identify the business needs of the various sectors based on your mandates and identify opportunities to enhance the client and employee experience
  • Align and mobilize project teams made up of multidisciplinary experts from different sectors
  • Manage priorities, the breakdown of initiatives and sequencing for the product backlog associated with project and value delivery
  • Manage executive stakeholders in several business lines at the Bank to ensure that needs are well identified and prioritized
  • Diagnose problem situations and take part in solving problems by seeing that innovative solutions are implemented
  • Ensure sound change management when delivering initiatives
  • Initiate changes and regularly re-examine work methods to support continuous improvement
  • Define, explain, and communicate business targets and changes to all parties involved
  • Promote industry tools and incorporate the Bank’s best project management practices
  • Be an ambassador for the Bank’s cultural evolution and develop our practices in the sector (Agile, Scrum, project management)
