Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to work alongside our government and values-aligned private sector partners to assess, structure and execute solutions capable of scaling the delivery of quality social and affordable homes. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong commercial acumen, a passion for social impact and the drive to be part of small, fast paced team.

  • Capital Origination: Originate and establish strategic partnerships with banks, fund managers, impact investors, philanthropic entities, and capital advisory consultancies to source capital for new housing projects.
  • Commercial Due Diligence and Assessment: Lead the screening, assessment, and execution of new project opportunities. Conduct extensive due diligence, industry research, financial modelling, and impact assessments to support sound investment recommendations.
  • Risk Management: Manage commercial interfaces with external advisors, interrogate and interpret advice, and proactively mitigate and solve for identified risks.
