We are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager – Money, for a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Senior Commercial Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities across a portfolio of partners, building deep partner relationships, working cross functionally to drive financial growth and deliver great customer outcomes.
You will collaborate regularly with the other Senior Managers to ensure consistency in leadership approach, including communications, cross fertilization of ideas and sharing best practice.

Responsibilities:

SOME OF THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver great customer outcomes to our users and partners
  • Lead the day-to-day financial performance across defined portfolio, working with internal and external partners to deliver targets
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies building relationships to deliver ambitious revenue and market share growth
  • Own, lead and manage the financial performance of a portfolio of money partnerships, securing market leading exclusives for customers
  • Business development pipeline and onboarding of new partnerships
  • Lead and drive contracting process, negotiating commercial terms, aligning cross functional teams to enable partners to onboard efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, developing joint business plans to drive commercial growth and deliver good customer outcomes, positioning CtM as ‘Partner of Choice’
  • Be the partner point of contact and co-ordinate integration activities either directly with internal teams (tier 1) or via decisioning engines (tier 2)
  • Use data insights to understand current performance and identify future opportunities and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with product and marketing to optimise the customer experience alongside our external partners
  • Working cross functionally to monitor and optimise partner product, pricing, and conversion performance across a defined portfolio

You’ll ideally have:

  • A deep sector knowledge across Money products (cards/lending/current accounts)
  • Commercially focused with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources to feed into decision making
  • Be a commercial expert, with demonstrable understanding of building and running successful partnerships
  • Strategic mindset and comfortable operating at a higher level of detail to share the strategy; strong communication style and ability to lead and influence stakeholders and partners
  • Able to define clear customer outcomes and strategic roadmaps within a framework of delivering P&L growth
  • Comfortable delivering in a hands-on manner
  • Able to deliver at pace within a matrix environment
  • Program management experience
  • Consultancy background
