Responsibilities:

As our Senior Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of our commercial marketing strategies and driving sales growth. You’ll accelerate awareness of our boohoo Brands offering providing boohoo customers access to 150+ world-class brands across Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle. You will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative commercial marketing campaigns that align with boohoo’s commercial objectives. Success in this role means increasing sales revenue across our brand partners and maximizing the return on our marketing campaigns.

  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Conduct market analysis and develop comprehensive marketing plans in tandem with our Brand and Creative marketing teams.
  • Brand Management: Develop strategic partnerships with key brands across
  • New Business: Support leadership team where required with pitching boohoo to prospective external brand partners, supporting with 1st party customer data and commercial packages where necessary.
  • Sales and Promotions: Plan, project manage and execute promotional campaigns and coordinate with the external partner marketing teams collaborating on boohoo marketing campaigns.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams with a view to grow and evolve our commercial marketing partnerships team.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to internal and external key stakeholders, with the support of our Data function.
