ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Manager, the Senior Commercial Partnerships Specialist is responsible for the generation of revenue and management of clients/accounts across the Law Society’s print, digital, CPD, events and partnerships program assets. This role is tasked with generating revenue and managing clients/accounts through dynamic, mutually beneficial sales strategy. This role will deliver measurable value to external clients and Law Society members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience selling advertising, sponsorships and/or partnership opportunities across print / digital assets and events.
- Demonstrated experience of reaching and exceeding sales budgets.
- A background in print and digital sales and production desirable.
- Hands on experience in sales and proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- An excellent communicator with exceptional listening and presentation skills.
- A thorough understanding of the advertising, sales and business development landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a register of key clients and accounts, building and maintaining existing relationships and actively seeking new business.
- Represent the Law Society brand in market, ensuring the brand is accurately and appropriately represented.
- Manage key clients and accounts across revenue-generating assets with the Law Society’s print, digital, CPD, events and partnerships program assets portfolio.
- Sell advertising, sponsorships or partnership opportunities to meet or exceed set budget requirements.
- Working with key teams in the Membership and Engagement Department, identify new and innovative opportunities for revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and actively seek out and engage with potential new clients.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities across the wider Law Society business, including CPD, events and member benefits programs.
- Bring in new advertisers targeted to and relevant for our content and readership, with a strong focus on brand development.
- Create and maintain a client database recording all relevant histories and transactions.
- Motivate and guide team members to reach financial goals and work seamlessly and collaboratively with other Law Society departments.
