ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping the narrative of business performance for a fast-paced trading environment? As a Trading Senior Analyst in our UK Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving actionable insights that directly influence key decisions across our trading department and senior leadership team. This is not just a numbers role – it’s about making an impact, crafting compelling stories from data, and empowering the business to thrive in a competitive landscape.
This is a hands-on technical role, where you will own and deliver performance analyses, uncover rapid insights on critical topics, and continuously enhance our trading reporting suite. Working closely with key stakeholders, including the trading department and our Trading Senior Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to drive data-driven success.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:

• Provide and maintain essential infrastructure.
• Develop and manage pipelines and inference services for real-time and batch processing use cases, ensuring efficiency and robustness.
• Define and implement best practices for machine learning engineering, sharing expertise and conducting peer reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Data Scientists to align predictive solutions with broader business objectives.
• Provide technical recommendations that maximize the impact of predictive models within the organization.
• Communicate insights effectively to peers and stakeholders using clear verbal and visual methods.
• Leverage state-of-the-art technologies to innovate and deliver solutions with tangible impacts on real-world logistics applications.
