QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of relevant experience at a multinational company
  • Excellent analytical skills and extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to execute, follow up, and ensure attention to detail
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Good knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Commissions Analyst will provide support across several company-wide workflows within the Accounting and FP&A teams. This includes playing a key role in managing payout calculations and plan mechanics for our commission-based employees, ensuring deals are recorded in accordance with our Bookings Policy and Compensation plans, and working closely with FP&A and RevOps to report insights into payment and performance metrics across our GTM sellers. The ideal candidate is one with an extremely high level of attention to detail, continuously looking for opportunities to operationalize processes and improve efficiencies in the workflow. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent analytical skills, and capacity to get things done independently.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process global sales commissions for all employees on commission-based plans
  • Administer commission plans, quotas, and compensation within the company’s commissions software platform (Spiff)
  • Own accuracy of payout calculations and work closely with Order Management to reconcile any discrepancies in deal bookings
  • Prepare reporting related to commissions and assist with analysis performed by the FP&A Team
  • Perform analysis of forecasted vs actual amounts
  • Record month-end accrual for commissions in the accounting books
  • Process cash application records and bank account reconciliation
  • Assist with coordination and support of the annual audit process with the independent auditors
  • Work with the Director of Financial Operations and FP&A Team to design and implement controls as new risks are identified
  • Assist in developing, establishing, and maintaining accounting policies, best practices, and procedures in a rapidly growing organization
  • Ad hoc accounting projects and requests, as needed
