THE POSITION

You are a highly analytical individual with a keen eye for detail and thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights. You have ownership of our end-to-end commissions process and are instrumental in ensuring accurate payout of commissions plans and providing valuable financial reporting. You have a meticulous approach and strong problem-solving skills and collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, HR, and finance teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

SKILLS YOU BRING TO THE FIELD

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 3+ years’ experience in a finance, accounting, or sales operations analyst role
• Hands-on experience with commission software and Salesforce
• Proficiency with financial software applications, including Excel
• Experience with administering and analyzing complex commission plans
• Ability to work with disparate datasets and distill into workable solutions
• Experience in multifaceted commission plans
• Can do attitude to overcome obstacles from changing business needs and or system limitations
• Top-notch communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally
• Crazy good analytical and problem-solving skills
• A results-driven mentality with a zen-like ability to handle competing deadlines
• A [healthy!] obsession to detail and accuracy
