    About the Role
    Working alongside the Manager, Marketing & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in driving cohesive and timely communications across the organisation, ensuring alignment with best practices. This newly developed role offers you the opportunity to craft engaging content, coordinate communication activities, and provide strategic support for key organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Internal & External Communications: Act as the central hub for all communications, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organisational values and brand tone across all platforms
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging content for newsletters, blogs and our website and provide strategic communication guidance across departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and supporting transparency for key initiatives
  • Project & Change Communications: Lead communication efforts for strategic projects and organisational change, ensuring clear, transparent messaging that fosters engagement and stakeholder trust across all channels

About You
You will have proven experience in leading both internal and external communication initiatives, with the ability to adapt your writing style to align with our organisation’s values and brand tone. Your experience allows you to clearly convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
With a strong attention to detail, you will proactively drive communication strategies forward, demonstrating initiative and a positive, dependable attitude. The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a dynamic team environment is essential. Qualifications in Communication, Public Relations or Journalism will also be highly regarded.
