Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed studies in Media, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
  • You have at least 4-5 years of professional experience, ideally within the Communications teams in an international company/ business environment or PR agency.
  • You have a high affinity for languages, editing, storytelling and translating complex issues into easy language for various communication channels.
  • You like writing copy texts, catchy headlines and content for the Group’s intranet, website and social media in English.
  • You are on top of the latest social media trends and know how to use the latest features and functions.
  • You are a hands-on team player with an analytical and creative mindset.
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2), ideally with a good command of German language.
  • You are experienced to work with Content Management Systems, proficient in MS Office (ie. tech savvy with Teams), experienced with intranet and internet features.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, write and edit news articles and features for the Group’s intranet; prepare briefing papers, talking points/speeches, background documents, presentations.
  • Participate in and lead media productions and special projects for the Head of Communications & Investor Relations.
  • Partner with our business units and Corporate Centre functions and create stories for various internal media and publications. Ensure editorial planning.
  • Work with the content management system to update the corporate website and the Group intranet; ensure the preparation of online newsletters.
  • Publish content on the Group’s social media accounts and develop new engaging formats using the latest social media features. Improve user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Support the preparation of online analytics.
  • Contribute to media monitoring on an ongoing basis.
