We are looking for someone who can effectively create and execute communications concepts, understanding how communication can support and drive business priorities. Your ability to create engaging communication activities and content will be crucial to capture the attention of internal audiences and deliver messages in a compelling way. You must also be able to write clearly, concisely, and with impact.
We imagine you have:
- A master’s degree in communication, journalism, or a similar field.
- Solid experience working as part of Global Communication in a large matrix organisation.
- A broad and proven track record as a communication advisor with a strategic mindset and a solid understanding of how communication and internal channels can drive business priorities.
- Expertise in video editing and digital platforms and social media is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (our corporate language).
Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role in supporting our efforts taking internal communication activities to the next level. Your contribution will be instrumental in creating compelling and inspiring communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitating, advising on, and creating communication strategies and plans.
- Developing and executing internal campaigns.
- Providing communication support for cross-company projects.
- Assisting in the planning of and content creation for internal employee and leadership events and townhall meetings.
- Creating compelling content for our internal communication channels, such as articles, posts, videos, and presentations, that deliver direction, insights, and inspiration for our colleagues.
- Editing and proofreading content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of global guidelines, processes, and tools.
- Supporting the external communications team on an ad-hoc basis.
This role offers a broad interface across our global organisation, allowing you to connect with colleagues from corporate functions, Technical Development & Supply, Product Strategy and International Operations, R&D, and affiliates.
