THE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards strategy and programs, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting, with a strong focus on physician and advanced practice professional compensation.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
  • Extensive experience in compensation principles, incentive plan design, healthcare regulations, and industry benchmarks.
  • Proven expertise in building and adjusting salary structures, conducting market analyses, and participating in compensation surveys.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct market analyses, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ADP and deep knowledge of California labor laws is highly preferred.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.     The anticipated pay range for this role is listed in our salary posting for transparency but may vary based on factors including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location. This base pay range is specific to California and can vary based on Bay Area, Metro LA, and Greater California regions which may not be applicable to other locations.

    Physical Requirements:
    Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
