You’ll play a key role in leading innovative programs and projects that influence Charter Manufacturing’s future, helping us stay competitive in the marketplace while aligning with our business goals.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead projects and develop solutions based on analytical research to optimize compensation programs.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure cost-effective, market-driven compensation strategies.
- Oversee the execution of annual incentive plans, ensuring clear communication with participants.
- Conduct market pricing analyses and support the grading decision process to keep us competitive.
- Measure program performance by developing and reporting on key compensation metrics.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and impact.
- Lead survey participation, reporting activities, and compensation education initiatives.
- Support acquisition integration activities and build strong partnerships across departments.
