Our compensation team is looking for someone to join our Projects & Insight Analytics team. The Senior Compensation Consultant is instrumental in the management, design, analysis and implementation of various Providence St. Joseph Health compensation projects, including company-wide market reviews, salary structure design and modeling and complex costing scenarios to support our collective bargaining teams. This role will also develop simple and effective tools for both the compensation team and the broader organization to use for both analysis and reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field.
- Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Healthcare experience.
- Union environment experience.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Prior experience with PowerBI
