Description:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team in Monroe, New Jersey. The role is within the non-profit industry and provides an opportunity for long term contract employment. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining financial compliance, handling complaints, and processing receivables.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the process of grants receivable, ensuring adherence to set regulations and standards
- Handle complaints professionally and efficiently, taking appropriate actions to address the issues raised
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of accounts receivables
- Regularly monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely receivables processing
- Ensure compliance with government regulations across all operations
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Support in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure company-wide compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate compliance in all aspects of operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Stay updated with the latest industry compliance trends and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in a Compliance Analyst role or a similar position within the non-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of non-profit industry regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in complaint handling procedures and processes
- Experience with accounts receivables systems
- Expertise in receivables processing
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
