Responsibilities:

  • Manage regulatory certification process and documentation for new and existing products and changes/alternate constructions of existing products.
  • Collaborate with other compliance engineers and team members in global environment
  • Manage any certification conflicts, variation notices or non-conformance issues; acts as the project lead to bring them to resolution.
  • Liaison with NRTLs and our development teams to ensure smooth and timely communication of expectations and project execution.
  • Plan, oversee the creation of certification submission samples.
  • Organization, maintenance, and coordination of standards library and certificates (UL, ICE, MIL Spec, etc)
  • Manage internal compliance topics in collaboration to other experts with safety, sustainability, reliability and cybersecurity
  • Ensure on-time information for the business on any internal or external compliance topic within R&D organization
  • Help creating compliance plan for new developments and existing products
