Description:
As part of our Global Risk Management Group, this team represent the Compliance Governance and Frameworks team in London primarily supporting EMEA and the Americas.

What role will you play?
This role will give you the opportunity to own multiple compliance material risk frameworks and ensuring that updates are made in a timely manner and ongoing evidencing is performed. You will lead the compliance involvement in the Legal Entity Working Group, Legal Entity RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) Reviews, Compliance RCSA Input and involvement in the Management Representation Letter. You will also manage critical requests for compliance frameworks in region and route queries to the appropriate channels and support regional projects across Risk Management Compliance.
What you offer
- Ability to represent Risk Management Group Compliance Governance and Frameworks in the location
- Must have prior experience of banking or financial services, preferably Compliance, Operational Risk or Audit
- Demonstrated ability to manage ongoing ad hoc requests, queries and issues appropriately with attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to work in a virtual global team, and manage cross-border relationships effectively
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in analysing data using excel or other data analysis tools

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
