Join our Global Business Aligned Compliance Team based in Sydney, responsible for providing regulatory expertise and advisory for capital markets and corporate finance.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be part of the Macquarie Capital aligned Compliance Team responsible for delivering superior compliance risk management outcomes for the business. You will lead the compliance review of new transactions and products, develop and maintain compliance plans as well as assist with the preparation of regulatory compliance reports.
In addition, you will execute and supervise relevant testing over the ANZ Private-Side Business, advise on licensing, conflicts of interest and market conduct issues, you will also require keeping up to date with regulatory changes applicable to the business and facilitate changes as required.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
