As our Senior Financial Analyst in Compliance & Risk, you will ensure that all financial activities within CPP adhere to internal policies, external regulations and industry standards. This role involves evaluating financial processes, conducting audits, managing financial risks, and ensuring accurate reporting. By supporting the development of strong financial compliance controls, you’ll be instrumental in safeguarding CPP from financial risks and enhancing our compliance practices. You will work closely with finance, audit, and operations teams to build robust risk frameworks that support sustainable growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact within a dynamic, industry-leading company. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and our global parent company, Quanta Services, to ensure CPP maintains the highest standards of financial excellence and accountability.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About You

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CA qualification.
5+ years of corporate accounting experience with a focus on compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
Strong experience in leading SOX compliance and managing risk control matrices.
Proven ability to lead both internal and external audits.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and collaborate across multiple departments.
