Description:
JOIN US IN DEVELOPING PIONEERING THERAPIES THAT AIM TO TRANSFORM THE TREATMENT OF CKD AND CHANGE PATIENTS’ LIVES. OUR TECHNOLOGY IS DESIGNED TO TREAT DISEASED KIDNEYS USING A PATIENT’S OWN CELLS AND MAY PREVENT OR DELAY DIALYSIS OR TRANSPLANT.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Computational Biologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, data science, and proficiency in Python programming. This role involves analyzing complex biological data, developing computational models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive our research initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ph.D. and 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, plotly, seaborn, Tableau).
- Knowledge of biological databases and resources (e.g., NCBI, Ensembl, UCSC Genome Browser).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Deep experience with machine learning.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Sagemaker)
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Dask)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data using advanced computational techniques.
