Job Title: Senior Conduct Risk Analyst
Location: Aldgate, London
Position Type: permanent, 35 hours per week
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Job Purpose:
To assist in managing the Conduct Risk elements of the TMHCC International Compliance function, to ensure it meets company and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle elements of the Consumer Duty Framework, including:
  • Working with the business to complete product ‘outcome reviews’
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, in relation to Fair Value information exchanges
  • Managing the annual Fair Value exercise on the VisRisk system solution
  • Providing progress update reports to the Senior Compliance Officer – Conduct Risk on a periodic basis.
  • Provide support to the Senior Compliance Officer - Conduct Risk for regulatory risk assessments and requests for information, thematic reviews, and internal audits.
  • To assist in obtaining appropriate Conduct Risk related management information and incorporating this into the Conduct Risk MI reporting dashboards as well as providing appropriate analytical commentary on the MI.
  • To assist as required in the implementation of the Complaints and Conduct Risk-related objectives detailed in the annual Compliance Plan.
  • To liaise with business units as appropriate and respond to Conduct Risk queries comprehensively and in a timely manner.
  • To assist with the completion and submission of Conduct Risk related Lloyd’s and regulatory returns, as necessary.
  • To assist the Conduct Risk Team as and when required with any tasks, including those related to the implementation of team objectives detailed in the annual Compliance Plan.
  • As required, assist the Senior Compliance Officer - Conduct Risk with the completion of Lloyd’s minimum standards and any other information requests for Compliance-owned areas.

Skills and Experience Specification:

Essential:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to assimilate and interpret information with accuracy.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in advanced formulas and data analysis.
  • Good investigative and analytical skills.
  • Able to work on initiative.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with the business.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the London insurance market preferred.
