Description:

Overview:
The Senior Conflicts Recruiter will be responsible for the clearing candidates for conflicts for Consilio Services, the staffing agency division of Consilio. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of legal ethics and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conflicts clearance process for candidates, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Utilize specialized software and databases to conduct thorough conflicts checks.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the conflict-of-interest requirements of various clients.
  • Develop and refine conflicts clearance protocols and workflows.
  • Train and guide recruiters and other stakeholders on the conflict’s clearance process.
  • Track candidates to ensuring timely and efficient clearance for projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for conflicts-related inquiries and issues.
  • Share best practices across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools, databases, or applications
  • Strong analytical, research, systemic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and judgement to effectively manage simultaneous priorities.

  • Proven communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation)

Qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years of experience in eDiscovery or temporary staffing agencies role with a focus on conflicts clearance
  • D. or paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in conflicts database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all paperwork and due diligence is completed
  • Answers candidate inquires throughout the conflicts process
  • Maintains relationships with candidates to ensure successful subsequent placements
  • Creates and maintains relationships with internal clients
  • Works with internal clients to ensure projects are staffed appropriately
