Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a Senior Construction and Infrastructure Lawyer to join our team at KCL Law.
The role is predominantly focused on:
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements;
- Providing strategic legal advice in regards to the interpretation of contracts and disputes;
- Drafting special conditions for building contracts and tenders;
- Project consulting and assisted litigation; and
- Providing legal advice over the full life of a construction project.
You will be exposed to top tier clients and work on major projects involving well-known participants in the Australian construction and infrastructure industry.
