- Snowflake SnowPro Certification.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Snowflake Data Engineer, you will:
- Design and implement complex data pipelines and ETL processes within Snowflake’s cloud data platform.
- Optimize data storage and data processing performance in Snowflake to support real-time analytics and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain data models, data marts, and data warehouses to support data analysis and reporting.
- Implement data governance and security best practices within Snowflake environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Snowflake features and best practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest Snowflake features and updates, as well as industry trends in cloud data platforms.
- Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to the development of internal data engineering tools and processes.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on Snowflake.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or Scala.
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Apache Airflow.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their integration with Snowflake.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
