Senior Consultant - API Automation Testing

INFOSYS IS SEEKING A SENIOR CONSULTANT WITH API AUTOMATION LEAD EXPERIENCE,

As a API Test Automation Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 10 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens or GC holders are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO.
• 4 years of experience in API Automation and testing Skills in creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing design analysis, developing Virtual Services and API Test scenarios for validation
• Experience in Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology,
• Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects.
• Knowledge on API Automation, Java programming language.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Ability to work in Parasoft tool

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below location will be
Denver,CO: $79,265 to $ 110,270
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
