REQUIREMENTS:

• Chartered Member (or working towards) with a relevant institute such as British Psychology Society (BPS) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
• A background in some of the following areas - team effectiveness and collaboration, leadership and capability, culture and organisational change, operating model and organisation development.
• Project management & delivery skills including financial and risk management.
• Capability in developing business proposals for clients by understanding their needs and drawing together expertise from a multi0diciplinary firm.
• Strong commercial acumen,

• You will provide strategic direction to the team by understanding and making clear connections with other workstreams and broader goals of the project team.
• Leading teams/functions areas by setting standards, defining quality and providing technical and people management support to team members.
• Leading project planning and scoping by outlining full projects and resources require e.g. time, people and skills.
• You will contribute to project economics and work to ensure the project commercially delivers against Arup’s business plan.
