What you’ll be doing
The Everyday Payments team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing payments infrastructure with capabilities that ensure payment application resiliency, address business objectives and support optimal client experience. As the Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for building an integrated strategy/plan for the systems and processes that support the delivery of seamless payment experiences to CIBC’s consumer and business clients. You will lead business cases, maintain product/application backlogs and articulate business requirements for projects to ensure that CIBC’s payments capabilities remain competitive and operate with resiliency.
