YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Consultant within our Business Design Team, you will be part of a solid team of like-minded people with extensive industry experience and a focus on a positive culture, high-quality work, and building a better working world for us and our clients - A strong handle on problem-solving, client relationship-building, and confidence is key here.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU IDEALLY WILL HAVE

• Strong academic record with a relevant third-level degree
• Experience in applying best practice Business and Process Analysis techniques
• Strong numeric analysis, presentation, Process Mapping, and requirement-gathering skills
• Proven Microsoft Office experience
• Experience in applying Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Agile design experience/ certification, preferred
• Management Consulting experience a benefit
• Lean six sigma training/certification an advantage
