Description:
OVERVIEW
As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved with client projects from initial scoping of the customer engagement through to the final software installation and customer acceptance. You will assist the engagement manager, analysts, and technical consultants in the gathering and defining of client requirements to implement various Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems and Technology. This role is the key liaison between the customer and our business and technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in related field.
- AIIM or ARMA Certifications is desirable.
Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Development of business requirements including folder taxonomy, user and group permissions, records management, workflow processes, and system settings.
- Development of testing scripts, including instructions, and expected outputs.
- Development of change management and training materials to assist the customer with adoption.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of the OpenText Content Server and/or Microsoft SharePoint ECM systems.
- Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Facilitate meetings between the customer and the technical team.
- Generate routine project status reports.
- Establish long-term client relationships with clear communications channels.
- Mentor Consultants and Analysts.
- Participate in the sales cycle, assisting the sales team with demonstrations and other requirements.
