REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in consulting engagements and team management, with around 8+ years of experience
- Experience providing strategic consulting services to clients, including C-level executives
- Ability to lead and manage technology-based consulting teams and client engagements
- Strong presentation, organization, and project leadership skills
- Practical experience in capturing client requirements, analyzing solutions, and presenting recommendations
- Track record of designing and leading delivering complex programs
- Proven experience in delivering cloud strategies, application development, cost optimization and IT organizational design engagements
- Ability to create thought leadership content on emerging technology trends
- Business acumen and experience applying technology to address business challenges
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client technology leaders to drive business outcomes through holistic approaches to product, people, process, technology, and data
- Act as a digital transformation partner, introducing innovative and emerging technology, building trusted relationships with clients and delivering business value
- Develop IT & Technology strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement IT strategy and operating models that align with organizational objectives
- Provide leadership on cloud strategy, cloud migrations and application modernization programs
- Contribute to the growth of EPAM’s CIO Advisory practice through presales activities and service offering development
