WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the implementation of D365 BusinessCentral in techno-functional capacity
• Familiarity with business processes best practices for different industries
• Ability to understand, interpret client business processes and requirements and communicate at C level.
• Excellent time management and planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritise work.
• Experience serving manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications such as MB 800; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE

Supporting our ANZ customers, the Senior Consultant - D365 Business Central will take on this client facing role with lead responsibility for the functional area, supporting our existing clients, and implementing new client solutions.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead functional analysis and design workshops, identify and recognise issues/risks and advising clients on the use of D365 BC based on best practices and the customer’s business processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive D365 Business Central implementation projects for multiple customers end-to-end.
• Lead the functional analysis and design workshops for D365 Business Central based on industry best practice
• Blueprint documentation and workshop sessions with users/process and develop to-be process flows.
• Configure and customize system from the business process.
• Support customers with data-cleansing and migration from legacy systems, other third-party systems to D365 Business Central.
• Conduct UAT test to assess functionality and usability before Go-Live
