As a Senior Consultant, Data Science in the Personal Banking Data and Analytics Unit, you will:

• Provide technical leadership and expertise to enable a high performing Data Science team
• Address and solve complex business issues through synthesis and analysis of large, unstructured data
• Create analytical tools and models to test hypotheses, quantify the value of business initiatives, and deliver operational outcomes
• Draw out insights and present outcomes for data-driven decision making
• Communicate and present ideas, insights and outcomes to stakeholders using clear and consumable frameworks
• Engage with data SMEs to identify and collect information from disparate sources
• Work with analytics partners to provision data and shape insights
• Help embed the use of automation and cutting-edge cloud-based analytics technology within NAB
