We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead earned media campaigns with some of Canada’s leading technology, financial and professional services brands. As part of the H&K Toronto team, you will work with passionate, engaged colleagues from across the country to lead communications campaigns that deliver results for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in earned media, a deep understanding of the Canadian media landscape, connections with journalists and experience in managing projects and working directly with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain top-tier media relationships across broadcast, print, online and new media formats (e.g., podcasts), with a strong POV on how to earn media coverage
- Manage earned media campaigns for several clients, delivering high quality work on time and on budgets
- Advise clients on media strategy development across traditional, online and other platforms
- Serve as a mentor and coach for junior team members to help build media relations skills, foster a positive culture and delegate successfully
- Manage account financials and contribute to driving growth and account profitability
- Effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and others using your strong communication and presentation skills
