About the Role & What You’ll Do:

  • Product Manager - product-focused: user requirements, portfolio user stories, market requirements, market opportunity, competitive intelligence, value prop, messaging, GTM
  • Business Analysis – business process-focused – business requirements, scenario-oriented
  • Product Owner – client-focused – the voice of customer (client), project use case stories
  • Content development – ad hoc content development and data analysis to support project/firm goals
  • Empower and collaborate with our engineers and designers to build the best products possible
  • Act as a coach and mentor to less senior consultants on the team
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to optimize the program product

What you’ll need (Requirements):

  • 5+ years of relevant Project Management, Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analyst Engineer experience. Must have experience working with technology companies
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in management consulting, preferably aligned to a technical service line or practice area
  • Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint & creating slide design from scratch
  • Practical experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Lead planning, framing, and user experience for technology solutions
  • Experience with large-scale software implementations

Additional Information:
Spur Reply, part of the Reply Network (Formerly The Spur Group), is a consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA. In our hybrid working environment, our general working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. While we strive for work/life harmony, client work may extend beyond these hours and may require flexibility in work arrangements.
The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $80,000-$140,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
