Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technico-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging their expertise in Salesforce to deliver optimized solutions that enhance business processes. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective Salesforce implementations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficient in Salesforce configuration (e.g., custom objects, workflows, process builder).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components).
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, ETL tools).

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes and needs.
Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations.
Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools, and customize the platform with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components as needed.
Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of solutions, debugging and resolving issues as they arise.
Create and maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations, along with user-friendly guides for end-users and administrators.
Conduct training sessions for users and administrators to enhance proficiency in the Salesforce platform and provide ongoing support.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and timelines.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce usage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration, or development.
Salesforce Certified Administrator is required;
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Platform Developer is preferred.
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
Open to travel on a mission basis.
Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Proven experience in both technical and functional roles within Salesforce projects.
