How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
As a Senior Consultant, Engagement and Change Advisory, you’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients, delving deep into their challenges to co-create solutions that help shape the future. You’ll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you’ll do:

  • Work in a dedicated team across a variety of projects and sectors. Collectively our team has worked across transport, water, government, mining and energy, with a focus on complex and strategic infrastructure projects.
  • Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services for projects where social outcomes and community impact are front of mind.
  • Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support a pipeline of future opportunities, contribute to business development and proposals.
  • Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering

Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:

  • Proven experience across the different phases of a project’s life cycle is desired.
  • Experience working across the different phases of an infrastructure project’s life cycle.
  • Strong communication, engagement, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience leading, growing and developing a team to embed a high-performance culture.
  • Relevant tertiary education.
